Overview - The scenario
The BBC, in association with the Recycle Now organisation, are looking to develop a cross platform series of games, videos and animated stories to promote and raise the profile of recycling amongst young people (it is up to you to identify an age range).
They are looking for ideas for characters to be used during the development of this project, the only specific requirement for your character is that it is not human but an anthropomorphised animal or object.
They would like to see a full digital documentation of your progress through a comprehensive blog alongside a series of concept drawings and visual representations of the characters you have developed.
These proposed characters should also have a rationale that explains their evidence.

Arthur is a Canadian/American children's TV show. The first episode aired on September 2nd 1996. The creators are:  WGBH, Cookie Jar Group, Marc Brown and the writers are: Matt Hoverman, Joe Fallon, Stephanie Simpson.
The show is aired on Cartoon Network, CBBC, PBS Kids and more. Furthermore it is aired in over 83 countries.
The show is about a life of a 8 year old Arthur Reed who is a anthropomorphic Aardvark.

The story and content is about a young 8 year old called Arthur Reed who is a anthropomorphic aardvark. He lives in Elwood with his sister and all of his little friends. And the show is about Arthur's adventures such as, schooling, home life, growing up, and friends. Therefore Arthur is a educational children's TV show.

The form is very simplistic and vibrant. The colors are bright and blocked meaning there is a black line drawing that keeps all the pictures very contained. The colors clash with each other making our eyes get drawn into what are actually very simple characters and pictures.
Although these characters are cartoon viewers have a strange relationship with them as they connected with these cartoon characters.
